Hi I am trying to trace the marriage of my 3x great grandparents. From their daughters birth cert I have the names John Fleet a the father and Hannah Fleet late wyles formerly wright as mother. I was just wondering if anybody has any ideas what name I should look under, Wyles or Wright? Thanks Tracie.

Tracie, I imagine that Wyles is a previous married name and Wright is her maiden name. It depends whether you want her birth certificate or her previous marriage. Peter

Thanks Pete, I was hoping to get her marriage cert so that I can find more info on the census and also find her birth cert hopefully!! Thanks for your help Tracie.

She should be married under the name of Wyles, although it has been known for women to use their maiden name when marrying for a second time. I'd look under Wyles first though. Kath. x

Thanks Kathleen Will start looking now, fingers crossed!! as this side of my tree (my fathers side. that figures!!!) is proving very difficult. I am assuming they were married in Islington London, as their daughter christina was born in 1889 in Upper Holloway, Islington, London. This is the only info I have on this family. Thanks Tracie.

The family should be on the 1891 census but I can't find them. Can't find them in 1901 either.

In the 1891, someone found for me the family we think it could be under the name of Flint instead of Fleet, but as I dont have any proof this is them, I was hoping on her parents marriage cert I might get more info. Thanks for looking Tracie.
