I've used this site many times before, but having tried to get on tonight, after a few weeks' rest, I find I can't view any images. It's telling me to download the viewer, which I did months ago, so then it says to find the file DjVuWebBrowserPlugin on my computer and double click on it. Sorry to sound such a dimwit, but HOW DO I DO THAT? As you can tell, my husband is out tonight and I need some other pc genius to help. Please!! |

you want to click on your start button in left hand corner to bring up list and then click on search or find.......then do a search in files and folders of all drives for the djuviewer and it should locate it |

Try downloading the viewer again, I had to do that once, it worked fine after that. Margaret |

Go to FIND or SEARCH and look for the viewer that way. Although you may just find it easier to download the viewer again - If I recall it didn't take too long or take up too much space and it certainly wont do any harm Good luck Sylvie |

Are you sure hubby hasn`t uninstalled it or something. To look for it, click start, then find, files and folders. Type in DjVu in search box, make sure correct drive is selected, should be c then click find. If you kept the exe file, try reinstalling from there. The find function described above should find it. |
