I know quite a lot of you have used this site (scotlandspeople(.)gov(.)uk) and know how great it is. You will see that there is a Discussion Board on the Home Page which is free to register. Do have a look at it as there are some great tips on there. You can also post a message there and it could be responsed to by some very professional/experienced Scottish Genealogists! Good luck. Regards Margaret |

I have to say this is one of the best sites i have used to trace my family tree, not only can you trace roots (scottish only obviously) but you can print off certificates for such a small fee too....unlike the usual £7 to £10 pounds for one in England and Wales....About time England and Wales followed suit with such an excellent site |

I have only looked at it in the last few weeks and I have been using the site for about 5 months! The Timeline is also very useful if you have viewed images. I also only discovered that after I had used the site for a while. Happy Scottish seaching (".) Regards Margaret |

they should....should give you 60 credits for about 10 pounds instead of 12 pounds, some kind of offer like that. Mind you it is such a great site, i will pay 6 pounds per 30 credits |
