Castle Lairson, Londonderry

Does anyone know where Castle Lairson is in Londonderry? I have tried all the map sites I can think of but can't find it. Thanks.

hi there are you definate it is castle lairson? there is castle dawson in londonderry, cheers jackie.

Hi Jackie, you could be right. I got the Catle Lairson thing from the 1881 census so it could have been mistranscribed. Or my man could have been illiterate and the person taking the census may not have understood the brogue. I will try looking the Castle Dawson area. Many thanks, Sarah.
