Anne-Marie I have some marriage index's for Northumberland but they only go from 1813----1837, What other areas are you searching? I have quite a lot of stuff for Durham and Northumberland Claire |

Spent a pleasant afternoon searching and found several bits of info, jotted down all relevent page numbers etc. As I live in NZ and unable to get to the registry office is there anyway that I can check out that the details are correct before I order a certificate. The districts are Newcastle and Alnwick. I also find in some sites that Northumberland is not listed any reaon for that. I do enjoy reading this page and have found some very helpful info seeing as I am just starting out. Anne-Marie |
