Please does any one know anything about a program named Ad-Aware? I have been advised to install this on my computer, but wondered if I would still be able to access GenesConnected. On the info I have it says some ad-supported programs will no longer function if the ad moc has been removed. My son has it installed on his computer and is very pleased with it. I would hate to install it and lose this site. Would appreciate any advice. Thank you. Pat. |

As far as I am aware, this is an ad blocking program. It will not effect your accessing of this site, just block all those annoying ad's that keep popping up. I have an ad blocker as part of Norton Firewall, wouldn't be without it. Margaret |
