where would you find information on a court order that may of been taken out against someone

Hi, It would depend when. In the 19th C and before you could look in the Quarter sessions but there were also magistrate's courts in the latter half of the century. Gwynne

Hi, The most likely would be a Magistrate's Court at that time. Check the county record office concerned to see if the records are lodged there. Gwynne
