I've just downloaded the form to apply for a birth certficate and its asking for a lot of information I don't have e.g mothers surname and address at birth. If I leave the bits I don't know blank am I unlikely to get the certificate? It's not a particularly common name but I'm not even sure sure of the generald area. Zoe Scotland |
