Kathleen I didnt receive the image looked it up myself from the details you gave me thanks never thought I would solve this one.Never imagined she was born in Middlesbrough but always wondered how she was there to marry Harry.Pity I cant find her first marriage to Stubley.Beginning to think she may not have married him.She was living with Harry and had my mother 14 months before they married so who knows another mystery. He was supposed to have been killed in an accident

Hello I thought that read like a Midlands accent and had a look on West Midlands BMD http://www.bmsgh.org Presumably not yours as it isn't Stubley: West Midlands Marriage indexes for the years: 1906 Surname Forename(s) Surname Forename(s) Church / Register Office Registers At Reference DARBY Florence M BILLINGHAM Eli Cradley Heath, St Luke Sandwell 20/4/286 Similarly on Staffs BMD Staffordshire Marriage indexes for the years: 1909 Surname Forename(s) Surname Forename(s) Church / Register Office Registers At Reference DARBY Florence M WEBB Charles Civil Marriage Cannock Chase CCRO/12/73 I had a look on: http://www.teesvalley-indexes.*co.uk (remove *) in 1915 +/- 5years and found: Search marriages - results for spouse of FLORENCE DERBY Result Year Surname Forename Initial Ref Number Click to contact 1 1915 DERBY FLORENCE M M-25-3-0-183 Middlesbrough 2 1915 SHERWOOD JOHN G M-25-3-0-183 Middlesbrough Again, it isn't the right surname for the groom. As the Florence Stubley / Harry Wright wedding does show on the Tees Valley site, I guess the others, however tempting, just won't do! Christine
