Help with Baptism records

It could well be that they were not baptised at all, or were baptised a long time after their births, but your best bet if you want to find a baptism record would have to be to go to the records office for that area and look through the records for each church you think they might have been baptised at. Unfortunately there is not much online for 20th century baptisms. Kate. |

Any help please, I am trying to find the baptism records for my grandmother and her twin sister. They were born in June 1912 Broughton, Salford. May and Lily Bennett, parents John and Elizabeth. It has been said that Lily died along with her mother the day she was born. But we have proved this wrong, Elizabeth did not die till 1915. I need to find out what happened to Lily. We cant find a death certificate. All the other children made contact when they grow up, but no one knew about Lily. Could anyone tell me where to start looking for these records. Thanks Rhonda |
