I'm off to check the Wilcock family. There were lots of file cutters in Sheffield but it looks like too much of a coincidence. I'm checking if they were in right area of Sheffield!

Sorry, just been eating my tea! 189 Cundy Street was the address in 1901. The Culf story is - 4 brothers from Birmingham moved to Sheffield in 1840's, William, Arthur, Thomas Henry and Daniel. Their parents were called Carrington & Martha Culf. The 4 brothers appear to be the ancestors for every Culf in Sheffield since. The first names are repeated again and again down the family. This is why I'm sure the 1901 family is connected.
