Hi Lyndsey This question crops up every couple of weeks. Everybody will tell you that the one they use is the best because that's what their used to or it's free to download, do a search for threads containing software and you will see dozens of replies on this subject. If you are going to buy a program the general concensus of opinion seems to be Family Tree Maker. Ron www*genealogyprinters*com

I am looking to buy a Family History softwear package and there seems to be so many on the market so I could do with some advice! My pc is Windows 98 with 128 megabit memory. I am not 100% pc literate (but learning all the time!) so something simple would be best for me! Thanks
