Just had email back from support re: lost photos - 'I am sorry to inform you that due to our picture server erroring we have lost around 1000 member's photos. We realise that this is a real inconvenience to you having put in time and effort to upload them to our site. By way of an apology we would like to offer you a refund of your membership fee and give you a further six months free use of the site. We will shortly be adding Births Marriages and Deaths records as an addition to the Genes Reunited services and hope that this will be something you and all our members find useful.' I should add that GR have given me the 6 months free membership as stated in email.Thanks GR. So if your photos are lost it is worth emailing GR. Heather x |

Some members, myself included have 'lost' photos on their tree, below is the email GR sent back to me regarding this. Hope it helps......Heather x |
