WOW GEORGINA.............i'm indebted to you 4ever!!!!!!!! that has just got to be them+'yes,' theres a william too....i cant understand the bit about her name......my aunty was positive her name was edith ida avainess mann... the avainess bit- all the eldest curry girls got it too(i'm the youngest!!!!!!!!!) haha lucky me! also on miriams baptism on durham records online it says daughter of edith+william........it's certainly a mystery thank-you,thank-you,thank-you................THANK-YOU!!!! That is the only marriage from 1888 -1908 with a male with surname Curry marrying a female surname Mann in England and Wales......this was in Essex and may have been the result of work.

i think its the 1st georgina.......he didnt have any middle names.....so we can presume they were in chester-le-street in 1904+ easington in 1909.......we have progress! you are angels! i'm dont know if thats william(helen little nell) i dont know anything about him sorry rachie

hi georgina, my grandfather was ernest curry b.1904........he died before i was born+my father died when i was a baby so the only person i can ask is my aunty who i dont see that often......shes the one who told me but she doesnt know any more than than....shes hoping we fill in the blanks for her! rachie

ok,i think i've just found my grandfathers birth in CHESTER-LE-STREET, co.durham.....i've just phoned my aunty+she remembers there being a MIRRIAM,MICHAEL,PETER+ALICE, she says theres more but she cant remember their names+my grandfather was in the middle somewhere thanks x oh,i forgot,my aunty also thinks the 3rd husband was a jo eland
