Well, there's something afoot!! If you go back 10 years to the 1881, here are the same ''parents'' Matthew and Margaret, but now they have a GRANDSON called M J Garl (or something similar).......suspiciously, he is the same age as your M J Hammond and born the same place with the same initials!! I am asking for help again.............. I have at last found a Matthew J Hammond( two years searching) in the 1891 cencus.........ref rg 12 Piece 744 folio 77 page 34 14a... Paradise street Dover according to the cencus he is single, but can anyone find a marriage or any other info on him..... cant seem to find him on other cencus.........
