OK I put my hands up....it was me the 'somebody on the general boards' that lives just outside London and happen to mention it was only 21 , well, 21 to me is nearly 70 degrees, which is pretty hot for 11.30 at night, it has been 30 to day, but nearly 30 at night!! even, if we were in Jamaica it wouldn't 28/30 at night, ...........Lilly

Oh Val, Hunstanton - last holiday we had with my mum and dad with us when the eldest boy was about 3. I can still see her now coming down that old helter skelter with her legs in the air and her knickers showing. Bless her, she must have been about 64 then. Nite nite all my mates, lets all pray for a peaceful day tomorrow. Love H x

Im glad you lot are as hot as us up in Norfolk. Someone on general board said it was 21 just outside London - well blimey that would be chilly for us lot. Im sure it must have been 30 out there today. Poor old dog wouldnt go outside the back door cos you could have fried eggs on the paving it was so hot. At 23.38 precisely (Jess) I have every window in the house still wide open and thankfully a little breeze has just picked up.

My thermometer says 28 degrees been on that for days. it is sooooo hot here in Manchester at least my sons girlfriend who lives in Cornwall will sleep tonight, no chance for us.... Sue
