Val, I hope you got this sorted.....they should have told you that every phone required a filter.....BT asked me how many phones I had in the house and sent a filter for each of them.....there is also the possibility that it could be a faulty filter, this happened to a friend of mine and when it was replaced...hey presto it all worked. Well, talktalk will send you more filters - Ive got spares here as I left the old wanadoo ones in and just plugged in the new modem. |
