I have Samuel Binch b abt 1806 Calverton I have found him living with god knows who on the 1941 census (used all my credits again till sat :(((( ) who are they in relation to him pls? Also cant seem to find him after 1841 can find another Samuel but dont think thats the same one as his b was 1800 (cant be him cus my gr gr gr grandad Eli Binch was b 1800 in Calverton) Where has he ran away too? I don't think the 1841 says what relationships are.

There is one who was married to a Maria, is that him?

Hi Sue im not sure if thats him as its saying differnt birth for him its saying that samule was born 1800 but my gr gr grandad Eli (who would be Samuels brother) was born then unless they were twins and I got the age of Samuel wrong oh heck im confused again lol.

Don't forget that you can't rely on the birthdates in censi, they get rounded up and down so 1800 could easily be 1804

Hiya, It would appear that Samuel Binch b.1806 a formwork knitter ( a guess at F W K) is living on his own in Calverton, Nottinghamshire, according to 1841. If you look under his name you see two diagonal marks (generally means end of household) if you look above his name you see a single mark instead of two. Don't forget you can't trust census birthdates to be spot on, lots of people had trouble remembering how old they were. (Wish I could say the same) Ha, ha. What relation is he to Eli? Kristeen
