LancashireBMD isn''t complete so just because they are not on there doesn't mean the marriage didn't take place in Lancashire. Have you tried freeBMD or the full indexes on Ancestry? Sam x |

hi...help wanted please....my g.g.grandparents were edward ellis born 1799 llangollen?? mary ellis 1816 garston,liverpool...1861 census living in reiner terrace,garston...children...ann1842..mary 1844...william1847...elizabeth1850...alice1853...joseph my g.grandfather1857......i`ve been on lancashire bmd and can`t find edward ellis marriage to mary ??.presume 1839/1842....if they married in wales,what would the bmd come under??...regards...allan |
