thanks guys..i've been on this all day trying to find some info that is free!!! (wishful thinking eh!!) Thing is I know my grandad's mum and dad are buried there. Just want to get my family tree moving some more and get there dob etc... (i'm probably just being impatient!)

If you know when they died, (have you the certificate?) then it will give the age on the cert (approx as told to the registrar). If you do not have the certificate, then there may be a monumemtal transcription if they had headstones. I THINK the records for Thorne would be held at Doncaster. Keith

Hi.... ive found out that my grandad's mum and dad are buried in a cementry in Thorne (Yorkshire) thing is I've no DOB or anything on them apart from them names. That's why I'm going down this route. Anyone help where I could go??
