Hi just got my grandads birth cert his dad Henry John Chapman mum Sarah Chapman formerly Berwick,31 Lurker street Spitalfields,Henry was a Hawker grandad born 1903 London I have looked on 1901 census cant find them any tips as I am now stuck good and proper.....Julie Thanks every one for all your help....Julie |

Most likely family in 1891 9 Hulls Place, St Luke RG12; Piece: 232; Folio 136; Page 56 Martha Chapman Head widow 52 washing birthplace N/K ***John 21 son labourer born St Lukes Alice 18 dau wire worker St Lukes Martha 15 dau rulers (printing) St Lukes George 13 son scholar St Lukes In 1881 head of family was C Chapman, a butcher. 'John' appears as 'Henry John' aged 11. RG11; Piece: 366; Folio: 5; Page: 3 1871 Head Charles Chapman, market porter. Martha has decided she was born in Wiltshire, Henry J is 1. RG10; Piece: 407; Folio: 42 When you get John's marriage certificate you will be able to see if above is correct family. |

Hi I am totally lost now as 2 kind ladies traced the 1901 census for my grandads parents came up with address and children I have spent all night going thru census and cant find them wot am I doing wrong ....I wanted to save the page they were on ...can any one help |
