I can get on, but the site looks really odd. It seemed to have happened just after we had a quick power cut... glad it's not just me, I thought my computer was going squiffy again! Karen |

it looks ok to me, same format as the uk site it just has a fit when I try to use it coz I'm signed into the uk site so it thinks I'm breaching my liecence!! |

Agreed, the site is so slow it hurts! However, now the census page has finally loaded, I've spotted they have added some NEW Scottish censuses. I'm sure they weren't there last time I looked. Maybe the disruption is because they are in the process of being put online? |

The Scotish censuses went live on Thursday, so it's unlikely that is the caurse. However I hav noticed that the BMD's have dome records for 2005 today so they may be updateing them. |

Thanks Lunar. I've not been able to get any proper use out of Ancestry for a whole week now so didn't know quite when the new stuff was added. I have just emailed Ancestry support to enquire about what is going on with the site.I have lost far too much use of the service and if it carries on like that, I'll probably delay renewing my sub until the site is back on form again. No point paying for something which can't be used! |
