Hi again beca Found this website who seem to have a wealth of info: www.liverpoolmuseums*org*uk/maritime/archive Do know that Harbour Masters were appointed by Liverpool Corporation whose records are held at the Central Library,William Brown st ( full address is on abowe website) Good Luck Alex |
