Help with marriage look up needed please

Im trying to find my Aunts marriage - She was Louisa Caroline Devins b1901 St Saviour Southwark, and I heard she married a Teddy Broomfield? Im sorry i dont have any other details. I have searched over and over on ancestry - but I only seem to get old marriages nothing newer than 1915?? am i doing something wrong? any help greatly appreciated!

On Ancestry you need to search the full index and not the freebmd one

you need to search the Complete BMD Index ranges & Images 1837-1983 you have to search quarter by quarter and check the actual images and not the transcribed Partial FreeBMD Indexes & Images 1837-1983, they only go upto about 1912ish Roy

Many thanks, just want to confirm ive understoon that right: I dont know what year at all - so does that mean i have to check each quarter of each year ? thats gonna take ages - is there no way of to get the year at least? or is it just a case of its gonna be abit of a slog?!! So how come you can find someones death in more recent years easier?

There is a separate Death Registrations from 1984 to 2004
