Since the changes to the pm messages. I can't find this person's tree anymore. Where do you look, she did give me access to her tree as I did with mine for her but I just can't find it now? Betty |

Betty, same as before really. From Contacts, find her name then click in the green tree, but there is a bug which GR are looking at which sometimes brings your tree up. So.... Alternatively open your own tree, then click on the box at the top right and select from there. |

Thanks Peter, I think I have had so many PM's recently that her message may have vanished, will try as you suggested on the tree. This may be the only way I can do it now, I should really delete some of my old messages and this wouldn't happen, and just keep the messages I really need. Betty |

was the tick there that you so you can see it some times its best to go on the pull down list when you open your tree as some of trees in the contact list are playing up Jeanette |

Hi Jeanette, Sorry for late reply, No I found another message she sent to me recently, the tree symbol was there so clicked on it and tree opened up but couldn't get any further as half her tree has gone, this must be GR as I have seen a few threads about people saying their tree had gone, or part at least had gone.
