I cannot find the following: Bruce St Clair McCallum died in Withington Hospital & was buried 18/11/1931,probably in the Manchester area. Jack Bishop died early 1933 in a London hospital (certainly no earlier). These 2 men have several things in common among them they both died from TB. The events definately happened as they are referred to in a book published in 1934. Any help or advice appreciated. John.
