St Mary's in Castro is within the walls of Dover Castle. There is another St Mary's in the town, St Mary the Virgin. I can't find a map with cemeteries marked but maybe this site will help. http://www.dover.gov.uk/burials/#gen Gwyn |

There's a memorial at Northfall Meadow in Dover which marks where he came down. Maybe someone with more local knowledge will be able to get it from that. Lizzie |

...and could tell me the name of the cemetry near to where Bleriot crashed after his cross Channel flight - apparently it's just behind the castle... Thanks Sheila |
