Hi sorry everyone, seems I made an error in my first message. Hannah fleet was married before as it say on Christinas Birth Cert that I have that her mothers name is Hannah Fleet, Late Wyles formerly Wright. Her father is down as John Fleet and his occupation is a Builders Labourer. They were all living at 32 ellenborough road, Islington at the time of Christinas Birth.(1889). Thanks for all your help so far. :-0) |

Looking at 1891 image... Joh is something to do with coal but can not make out second word. Hannah's birthplace also unclear - it could be Surrey Kingston rather than Guernsey as transcribed. Jim |

Don't know Jim, I am getting more confused the further I investigate - I have found a Christina Fleet on the 1901 census for Islington that matches with the birth in 1889 but her parents are different. Tracie, can you clarify whether you have any certificates for Christina and were John and Hannah her parents? What was John's occupation? Sam x |

Hi Tracie I'm a bit confused. Who were John and Hannah Fleet? If Christina was born a Wright, I am assuming that they were not her parents. Do you have Christina's birth or marriage certificates? If so, can you post details of her father's name and occupation. Have had a quick look but Ancestry isn't working properly at the moment. Sam x |

Does anybody have any ideas where i might find my missing family. Have searched all censuses and they are nowhere to be found!!(very frustrating.lol) There names are John Fleet, Hannah Fleet and Christina Fleet who was born in 1889 in Islington. This is the only info I have apart from that Christina Fleet had been married before to an Unknown Wyles and that her maiden name was Wright. If anybody has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks Tracie. |
