I haven't deleted him from my contacts, he was in my contacts 2 days ago. Jim I tried what you suggested but all I have is a tree for some one who is not related to me! I have had to delete my tree from this site, could this be the problem? Kim

You can check a different way. Open your tree.Top right there is a dropdown box which is all the trees you can access.

If he has removed permission for you to view his tree and you have deleted him from the contacts page, then you will be stranded like this. There have also been one or two issues concerning the Messages pages with recent updates. I have many contacts on the page where the ancestor given for the contact is not the person they contacted me about... not even a near miss. I have raised this issue with support and it is being followed up.

I know he has given me access to his tree but as he is not in my contacts i can't view. Does this mean HE has removed me from his contact, as he has given me his personal email address? Kim
