Hi Peter These arn't recent matches that you view they have actually appeared in my own tree matches that belong to me. I should only have 1 for this surname but it says I have 24 and lists them. If they appeared in the other list which you can view at any time that would be ok but they are actually in my list of names. All very weared.

That is what the site is all about - looking for matches in other peoples trees. Most of them come to nothing though but every now and again you find a connection worth following up. You can't get rid of them - they all belong to someone. With tree matches you can itf you want choose only to look at recent ones. I tend to look at everything posted in the last 14 days to see whats new.

They have just appeared in the list of names, it should say 1 Elsmore but it says 24. I will have to get in touch with GR to get them removed. I've been trying to find any relations for that entry for the last 5 years. She is my gr grandmother and can't find any trace of her birth or marriage, I only have her death certificate, perhaps its an omen and this is her family. I will have to do some research on these names before I get them removed. Thanks for your help. Pam

On viewing my tree matches today it states that I have 24 new my tree matches for the surname of Elsmore. I don't know where they have come from as I only have one entry for this surname. When I click into them it gives me their names dates etc. How do I get rid of them as they have nothing to do with me. Any suggestions. Pam
