anyone else having problems uploading photos today

Hi, I have tried to upload some photos to my family tree and I get a message stating that I need to upgrade my membership. I'm a full member but clicked on upgrade anyway. Then I get a message saying I have already upgraded - I then end up back at my homepage. Anyone else having these problems or is it just me?

Yup, there are daily threads on here, all saying about this problem. Mine still isn't working. I reported it a while back so have other people. I had an email from GR on the 10th of April saying it would be looked into.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is GR paying any attention to this problem at all. My photos went AWOL just before Easter weekend. I just logged on thinking, surely the problem is resolved by now. SORT IT OUT GR, AND HAVE THE DECENCY TO RESPOND AS TO WHY THIS IS STLL UNFIXED.

Twice now I've asked GR about this uploading of photos problem (Yep exactly same probs as you Jane C. and obviously others too) Very prompt reply 'we are looking into this problem' ARE YOU REALLY GR. Can't be that difficult to sort out.
