Hi I have a cert for my great uncle a dash is crossed through fathers name and occupation I know his father was dead but other certs have deceased in brackets seems very odd |

You wouldn't have a father down on the marriage certificate if he wasn't known, for example where the person was illegitimate. Keith |

Hi all Is there any site that you can look up street address,s to find out who lived there at certain times, Thanks Linda. P.S Why wouldnt the brides father be down on her marriage cert,dont you have fathers down even if they are deceased. Thanks again Linda. |
