Try googling Dewhirsts Butchers, a huge amount of results come up including people with them in their trees who may be able to help.

Does anyone know anything about this company, allegedly the Dewhirsts of Scotland (remember Dewhirsts?) I have googled without success, but have learnt a lot about Scotch pies and haggis in the process! Thanks Sheila
