I have been able too see them since I took out my subscription years ago but now it says I have to download software - have downloaded it but still not working :-(

Mines fine - I know that when I log on at work (naughty!) it always asks if I want to download the advanced viewer (or something like that) before showing me the image. If I click 'continue without installing' it gives me the image. I don't get this at home as I downloaded the advanced viewer yonks ago. Is yours anythink to do with that, are you using a different PC or a new one? Sam x

Hi Sam No it's the same computer I have used for ages - am on a different computer now but don't think I have any other option but to download. Will look when the Apprentice finishes :-)
