Please can somebody help me? I've a John BALLS marrying Anne MOORE (1858 Braintree 4a 657) 13 Nov 1858 in Finchingfield Essex, but have received info from another family tree showing John BALLS marrying Ann HEFFER in Swaffham Prior 15 Oct 1859. I have looked for the death of Anne Moore BALLS, but to no avail. Did he really marry both of them within 13 months ?? Thanks in advance Gail

Are they definitely the same chap? Do both marriage certs give the same father's name and occupation?

Reg, I'm with you that they must be two different families though both our trees lead to one John Balls born c.1737 in Finchingfield, Essex. So, whose information is correct?? Gail

Gail The person with the certificates has the correct information! Sorry if that sounds flippant, but it is the only way to be sure, particularly with such a common name. OC
