Property Deeds... Who is responsible?

Thank you Peter, I thought it might be. I am hoping to retain the deeds, ..or at least have a copy, of the deeds for a property sold last year. I need to do some chasing up after previous wrong information. Gwyn |

I understand that some older properties have not been registered, if they have not had a change of ownership.... When the property is sold, who registers with the Land Registry, ...the seller's solicitor..or the buyer's one.?..... will copy this to GENERAL too. |
