You can always google for old occupations or anything you want info on. A brick presser Im pretty sure would be a labourer who made bricks in the moulds - pressing down on the clay. Ill have a google for you. Actually - why dont you have a google. I guess you know where this chap lived? You could google the brickworks for that area and you may even be lucky enough to get pics of it to add to your tree.
