I've received a birth certificate today.....Mary Ann born 20th March 1841 at 4.pm.... Never had a birth cert. with a time before. Can it mean she was a twin?...no other births of deaths recorded at the same time with same name.......Any ideas? .............. Thanks....Linda |

if there isnt any other with the same gro ref or the next page then its unlikely she was a twin. Some registras did record the birth time on certs ,tho wasnt the norm to do so. Shirley Ps its always a poss tho on second thoughts that there may have been another child that was stillborn. which wouldnt be reg. |
