	Have you tried writing to McAlpine they might have some records of addresses etc and people there might know where he moved to.

	Hi James, you'd be better off putting this message on the 'trying to find board' as you'll get more exposure. I ran a search on the elec register and could not find any Peter Usher's in Maidstone. If you have his correct DOB and FULL name (if known) then that will help narrow down your search.
