Hi - can someone give a brief description of what tracesmart or whatever it was (can't remember - god my short term memory is terrible) and the enrol site provide in terms of info. Also, I thought census results weren't released for 100 yrs so how do they have access to this data? I guess what I'm asking is - is it legal? edit - oops, sorry, just realised it was electoral roll search! My first question still stands though :)

Hi Would any kind person who is trying out the free introductory offer or who has access to this site please do a look up for Laura, a young lady who has posted an appeal on this board? She wants to find her brother, Lee Passingham, who she hasn't seen for 7 years, and is struggling to get any further forward on her own. There are two possible likely candidates whose households appear on the latest records, but as you know it is a pay per view site. Laura's threads can be viewed under the subject heading 'Laura'. Cheers Amanda

Hi I have used Eroll for a couple of years now and the search results (as I have compared them) are exactly the same as Tracesmart (sister site maybe?). Eroll is cheaper, but I am also using Tracesmart at the moment because it does in alot of instances, provide ages. It depends on how much info you actually want on your searches. Shirley-ann

hiya came across a site that says its offering an introductory offer on electoral roll look ups 2003 - 2007. If you have got loads to look up, then it might be worth looking at, - £9.95 - think it lasts a month but read the small print!!! Its linked in with a site I use - so think its good results. eroll dot co dot uk dipsy
