	Are you logged in with a password or just using it as a guest? Maybe you used a different email before? Otherwise I would try logging off and having another try a bit later. Anne

	Bridget That happened to me not so long ago. I gave up in the end and made a new mail account and started again.. Good luck as I know it's very annoying Gerri x
