As with most European countries there is no central agency for BMD. You do need to know the town of birth and then write to the Registrar of that town. I suggest that you take a look at : http://belgium.rootsweb*com*/rep/bel/muni/write_muni.html Replace the first asterisk with a fullstop and ignore the 2nd asterisk when printing this address into your browser. |
