Keep getting a message something is causing the script to run slow and the computer maybe unresponsive, all my windows then shut down again when I closed the message, might try later! Elaine |

Hi Peter You are my hero, it worked, off to have a look Elaine PS yes it worked in family view before I cleared the files but not full view, it's not easy to navigate as there are over 3,000 names |

The new tree loads fine. Are you saying that it works in family view, but not in full view? It is possible that you don't have enough free memory to load the page.Try clearing you Internet Cache (temp files) and trying again. To do this, assuming you use Internet Explorer as your browser, click on Tools, Internet Options, then the Delete Files button in the middle of the page on the General Tab. |

Having had a reply from someone and been given access to their tree, I am now tearing my hair out as I have tried to load the full version and it's not having any of it and when I close the widow, it closes every other page I have open via the net. Anyone else having this problem? Do the people who run this site ever read the boards!!! and why is it they never post on these boards to let us know what is happening??? Fed up Elaine |
