If you have managed to highlight it, you are nearly there!Whether you have a mouse or just a laptop no mouse, just right click , with cursor on the blue (I'm not sure if this bit is essential!)and a list will come up.Scroll down and click on 'copy'.Go to your new message. When you reach the bit where you want to paste, right click. The list will come up again, and scroll down and click on paste. This should work.If copy doesn't come up first time , re-highlight, and go through it all again. If you want to bring up another copy of what you are doing, to work on, then press Ctrl and N. Good luck!

Just sent an email to a friend who has changed her email addy and it's come winging it's way back. Without writing it all again, how do I copy and paste this into a new email?? I can get it all blue but can't get it into a new message. I'm sure there must be an easy way but I can't fathom it! Any help would be appreciated. With thanks. J

Once you have 'got it blue', right click on the text and select copy. Then in the address box, right click and select paste. Sue
