Did he marry? If so, his marriage certificate would hopefully show his father's name and occupation. This might make him easier to find at earlier dates. Gwyn |

The 1861 census shows James Hadley, born 1829 in Wednesbury, and his family, living in Bromley, but I am unable to find him prior to 1861. I do not know his parents names, and as the name of James Hadley seems to be quite common, I am do not know where else to go. Any suggestions gratefully received. Kathlyn |
