Hi Julie. Q.L.D ...bdm's are on line, but unfortunatley only up to 1914.as apposed to some of the other States. QUEENSLAND..... B.D.M's Enquire: http://www.justice.qld.gov.au/bdm/home.htm http://www.justice.qld.gov.au/bdm/ ( Free on line search to 1914 ) You may need to find some kind person that has the Micro Fiche for Queensland after 1914 or can check personally for you at State Archives. I have BDM's for Q.L.D.... but only up to 1889 Sorry i cant help further Good luck. Tony Oz ( Victoria ) |

Hi Julie They are available to the public as someone found my grandfather who died in 1952 on the death records last year. There is a 50 yr stand down so you should be able to get records for anyone who died before 1957. Unfortunately though I dont know where she went to view them hopefully someone else will be able to help Regards Tania |

Unfortunately the latest update for QLD BDM's is only up to 1914. Have you searched the passenger lists on the Australian National Archives website for an arrival date? I assume that he would have come by boat. It also has service records if he was ever in the Australian armed forces. |

Hi Trying to help my uncle in the Uk trace a Morley Wilkinson ALLIS who married Margaret Stotzer in the UK in 1915. My uncle believes he came to QLD, Australia but can't find him anywhere. Thought I'd look up QLD deaths but can't seem to find out where I can view them. Can anyone help? Julie |
