Where in Devon? The Devon FHS have produced several transcripts of baptism, marriage and burial records which are available on CD. I have one which covers the Plymouth area - The Deanery of the Three Towns. DEANERY OF THREE TOWNS - BAPTISMS 1813-1839, MARRIAGES 1754-1837 AND BURIALS 1813-1837 An index of baptisms (1813-1839), marriages (1754-1837) and burials (1813-1837) in the parishes of East Stonehouse, PennyCross, Plymouth Charles, Plymouth St. Andrew, St. Budeaux and Stoke Damerel. With photographs of the churches and extracts from White's Directory (1850) and Lewis' Topographical Dictionary of England (1844). Others include: DEANERY OF TAMERTON - BAPTISMS 1813-1839, MARRIAGES 1754-1837 AND BURIALS 1813-1837 DEANERY OF BARNSTAPLE - BAPTISMS 1813-1839, MARRIAGES 1754-1837 AND BURIALS 1813-1837 DEANERY OF WOODLEIGH - BAPTISMS 1813-1839, MARRIAGES 1754-1837 AND BURIALS 1813-1988 Also check the following link for details of other records available from the Devon FHS http://www.devonfhs.org.uk/parishbooks.htm
