Help, cannot export Gedcom file from GR

There seems little point in re-trying if the message is telling you it is exporting. Some one did this a few weeks ago trhen wondered why GR sent them three trees a few days later. You often need to wait 24 hours or so before it gets sent out, so you do need to be patient.

I have been trying to export my family tree from GR to a gedcom file. I have tried numerous times today and although it either says 'exporting' or 'awaiting export' I never get the e-mail..... Anyone have any ideas??
