According to the GENUKI webpage for Culmstock this parish is included in the IGI, (so you should be able to check this on the familysearch website) The link for the GENUKI page is http://genuki.cs.ncl.ac.uk/DEV/Culmstock/index.html

Thanks Pete, but they are all at the Devon Records office. Sounds like a job for a week ends visit this summer. I live In Yorkshire

I hope someone replies, but my experience is that there is much more available for neighbouring counties. My Dorset/Devon based family have been much easier to trace in Dorset on the internet. Good Luck Lin PS This will bump for others attention!
