Hi everyone, I have an ancestor who married in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have the details to send of for the cert, but I can't find anyway of ordering it online, The records office only accepts cheques. Sorry to be so thick, but can I get a cheque made out in dollars to send to the usa? |

you can get cheques from your bank made out in usa dollars but i believe that they cost you to get them made up. |

When I ordered records from an English church, it ended up costing more money for the bank transaction than it did for the records (it totalled about $70 American dollars). I would think you would have a similar transaction charge - if you can order through the post office, that would be better. (I believe the records only cost about $30 US dollars.) |
